23. By signing below and submitting this completed application, you hereby authorize and agree to the following terms and conditions:

    (a) I understand and agree to the added charge of $8.50* per month for automated curbside recycling twice a month as administered by the City of Kingsford per any established guidelines and procedures.

    (b) I understand and agree that all accounts shall be paid by the due date and that a late fee will be assessed for all payments made after the established due date and a service charge shall be assessed for all dishonored checks or credit card charges.

    (c) I understand and agree that services can only begin on a quarterly basis with services starting January, April, July and September.

    (d) I understand and agree that I will be responsible for the cost of the recycling receptacles if it becomes lost or damaged due to negligence.

    * The cost of $8.50 will remain in effect for the calendar year 2026 & 2027 and subject to change thereafter
